Studio Policies

  • Commitment Fees

    To secure an appointment, a non-refundable and non-transferable commitment fee of $150 is required. This fee will be applied to the remaining balance.

  • Rescheduling

    To reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at least 3 days prior to your scheduled time. We offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling option up to 3 days before the appointment with a reminder email.

  • No Call, No Show/ Last Minute Cancellation

    As appointments require pre-care preparations, last-minute rescheduling is discouraged. Clients who do not show up or cancel will forfeit their deposit. A new commitment feeof $150 will be required to book a new appointment.

  • No Refunds Are Available, With No Exceptions

    It is the client's responsibility to review all policies, including but not limited to pre-care instructions, after-care instructions, consent forms, and contraindications. The client must notify the artist immediately via text, email, or over Instagram if any potential contraindications are identified.

  • No Guests

    Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accommodate plus ones. Thank you for understanding.

  • Consent Forms

    In order to ensure the best service possible, we kindly ask that clients arrive at least 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to fill out their consent forms.

  • Late Policy

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, therefore, a grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in additional fees and/or rescheduling.

  • Late Fees

    10 minutes late: $15 late fee

    Arriving 15 minutes or later: The appointment will be considered canceled and a non-refundable commitment fee of $150 will be required to reschedule.

  • Payment Policy

    For your convenience, we offer payment plans and accept credit/debit card payments. Please note that these payment options are subject to a 4% processing fee. To help you save on your services, we also accept cash payments without any additional charges. By choosing to pay with cash, you can save 4% on your services.

  • Policy Change

    Our policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following them!

    Prices are subject to change without notice, however, clients who have booked in advance before a rate change will not be affected.
