Lip Blush

Lip Blushing is a cosmetic tattooing technique that enhances the natural beauty of your lips. It is a safe and gentle procedure that uses a single needle tattoo machine to deposit pigments into the top layers of the skin. The result is a subtle but long-lasting enhancement that can restore symmetry and give your lips a fuller, more balanced look. It is an ideal solution for those who want to correct discoloration, define faded lip lines, or enhance their natural lip color.

The best results are seen on hydrated & moisturized lips.

Do you have hyperpigmentation lips and what are they?

There are many reasons you may be experiencing hyperpigmentation or dark, discoloration in your lips. When this discoloration occurs, it is due to excess production of melanin.

This can be brought on by a multitude of factors: genetics, hormonal changes, medications, and sun exposure are related to hyperpigmentation. Nutritional deficiencies, skin trauma, smoking, and other medical conditions may also cause skin discoloration.

Dark lips neutralization process

Dark Lip Neutralization is a specialized treatment series for those with cool or dark lips in which we neutralize the darkness in the lips to reach the desired color.

  1. In the first session, we neutralize the lips using complementary pigments to cancel out the dark, cool/purple tones. This creates a new base, but please note that clients cannot choose the color for neutralizing during this session.

  2. In the second session, once the base is created through the neutralization process, we can proceed to apply the target color or your desired color on top.

  3. Typically, it may take 1-3 sessions to achieve your desired look. However, in some special cases, additional sessions may be required for optimal results. Each session is spaced at least 8 weeks apart to allow for proper healing.

Dark lip neutralization is most commonly seen in those who are on Fitzpatrick Scale 3 and up.
